I recently completed the Fat Loss Simplified plan: I especially loved creating the recipes and making simple adaptations to what I usually eat. The guides and food timings was a game changer for me as I would usually eat snacks for the sake of it which resulted in unnecessary calories. This plan made me re-think my food choices and listen to my hunger signals more carefully.I have lost 1 inch from my waist and legs and although the 30 days is over I am still continuing to follow the guided portion sizes for better control around portions.Would highly recommend this plan for anyone with fat loss goals who wants a stripped back, simple approach whilst still eating the foods you love!

I did the ph nutrition strength 6 week plan. Cannot recommend it enough.Workouts got easier , dropped some body fat and got to eat more food . Win win win for me , Luke was there whenever needed and plan also sets you up for continued growth . All the stars for these guys

Cannot recommend highly enough, especially for active people. I ate healthily, exercised lots and struggled to lose weight. This program highlighted so many micro lessons & what, when and why I was fuelling my body properly. I’ve lost nearly 5kgs, energy levels are more consistent, training is well fuelled & my mood is better. I feel superb as a result of this 6 week coaching program. Could not recommend the 6 week plans enough! Working with Luke has been great. He is an incredible resource of knowledge, has adjusted and customised my plans weekly to keep up with a busy work/life schedule and most importantly absolutely achieved every goal I set at the beginning of the programme.I am leaner, more informed and relaxed with my nutrition and my performance in the gym is increasing weekly!Thank you!

Fantastic service! pH nutrition are brilliant at helping you achieve your goals and empowering you to do so. There isn't pressure for constant weighing/progress photos/measurements which is something I liked as it meant full focus could be on getting nutrition correct to positively impact training. I hit many PBs in the six weeks and am really happy with my fat loss. Coach Tom explained things clearly and provided help and support whenever needed.

This six week strength course has been one of the best £175 that I've ever spent on fitness. For three years I have trained between four and six times a week not getting the results I wanted. If anything I have just been losing weight so the answer was obvious, more calories. However I could never work out how to do it as carbohydrates were the enemy and There wasn't any way short of bathing in mass gainer supplements I could possibly eat or drink more protein. I was really struggling and quite fed up with the lack of results. Working with Luke for the last six weeks has been amazing! Learning that carbohydrates are not the enemy and are in fact your friend, and the important role they play has been a real eye-opener. The amount of information you are given and the way The information is presented is amazing and makes you feel like it is possible to manage your food going forward rather than thinking that you are on some kind of a diet which you have come to the end of after six weeks whether that is a weight gaining or loss diet. The food sheet that they give you is amazing with the variety of meals, recipes and do your own meal help. I am totally blind and there is nothing that Liam and Luke could have done to be more helpful. They made sure that things were in an accessible form for me and if I needed things emailing rather than supplied in any other way then that is what they did. A totally fantastic six weeks and I am excited to take this forward myself.

My program was with Harriet and was money well spent. You get so much for the price, and the support Harriet gave me throughout the 6 weeks was brilliant. She was really knowledgeable on all things nutrition, and was able to help me with any queries or worries I had. The program is really straightforward, once you get your head around the initial spreadsheet, and I can honestly say that I was able to change my mindset about food by the end of week 1. The daily lessons were also really interesting and manageable to digest (no pun intended!).I had no cravings for unhealthy food and even if I had a stressful day, my initial reaction was not to comfort eat, but to carry on as normal. Have recommended Harriet to two people already and would recommend to everyone! She was very warm and reminded me a couple of times that self worth should not be determined by the number on the scales. A simple comment that was very powerful.This program helped me to lose 8lbs, which, given my struggle to lose ant post-pandemic weight, has now at least started and is trending in the right direction, hurrah!Thanks to Harriet I'm confident and comfortable in my ability to continue going forward from everything I have been lucky to learn over the past 6 weeks.

This course invaluable. Increased calories without my weight being effected resulting in higher energy levels, better sleep, lifting heavier weights putting 110% into each training session, motivation levels off the scale. Completed the strength program and it’s been one of the best investments I have made for my health. This program gave me the confidence to start eating more so that i can fuel my workouts and daily routine appropriately.
