Being a first time buyer, I had no idea what to do. Jas and his team were excellent and steered me through the process . They were always happy to see me face to face to help me fill in the necessary forms and to reassure me. From start to finish it took just over 8 weeks. Manak were recommended by a friend for the sale of my house and they did not disappoint. Communication was excellent and they always acted very quickly, ensuring rapid completion of the transaction. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the bill came in higher than what I was quoted (but they quickly corrected the mistake when I asked them, so I'd still highly recommend them). I'd give them 4.5 stars if I could.

We have used Manak twice now when buying and selling houses and both times have been very impressed.
