Beautiful, well kept and very scenic. The cafe is lovely as is the hall and museum. I went on a family fun day and it was fantastic. So much to see and do, fun for all the family. There were a great range of stalls on that day - my daughter loved the bouncy castle and the clip in colourful ponytail she bought at the fun day. Great value and a gem of a place. Definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful gardens - my 2 Yr old granddaughter loved feeding the ducks and fish at the pond and the play area. Lovely free morning out - shame the coffee shop was closed!

Splendid garden, very well maintained and preserved - the garden staff have really put in a lot of efforts... Beautiful flowers & melodious birds - look healthy & well looked after. Great place to sit & reflect or meditate. Will surely come here again & again.. also has a kids play area.

Very disappointed. The memorial garden obviously has not been cut for a while. The WW2 memorial is a disgrace and with the centre stone being completely out of place against the stones with the names of the fallen. The Lutyens memorial looks in bad shape too and the centre stones could do with a good clean and repairs done. Probably 75 years anniversary of the end of the war will focus the minds to get this up to scratch. Shame really when you compare against the magnificence of WW1 cemeteries in France.

We love this place and go out of our way to stop for coffee. Having moved to the area almost a year ago we are still getting people visiting us for the first time, no matter the weather we take them here.
