Signed up to get the offered 20% discount, no email arrived after an hour so I used my second account, it didnt arrive there either (I'm familiar with emails, no it's not in spam or junk etc). Wanted to make the purchase but not without the discount, so I tried to email them through their 'Contact' section only to see inside of a red loop highlighting some text There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later". Not a good start at all

Fantastic products and outstanding customer service. I messed up the 20% discount on the first order, and ended up paying full price. A refund of the discount was sent to me the very next day, plus a further offer on my next order. Great company to do business with. I will definitely be ordering again.

Bought a couple of Anniversary soaps and have made my skin so soft! I struggle with sensitive and chapped hands in the winter and have helped to moisturise. Super lovely quality soaps

I bought one of The English Soap Company's hand creams and soaps from their website. I absolutely love the fragrance and quality of their products. I can smell the soap as soon as I walk into bathroom. The packaging is luxurious and these products would be great presents. Look forward to trying other fragrances and the candles.

I bought two soaps for wife and she asked me why I bought them when we already have plenty, but since she started to actually use the soaps all I get from her is how absolutely wonderful the soaps are and that they are the best soaps that she has ever used, when can I go and buy some more.

Very Fragrant and nicely scented soap. I can still smell the fresh sent every time I open my bag. They offer a great range of products with smells suited to individual tastes. The soaps are all vegan friendly and they do not test products on animals.

These guys really know how to infuse the scent into the soap leaving your skin feeling silky smooth. I've tried a few of their ranges but my favourite has to be the Royal Botanical Fig and Grape bar - if only the soap was edible!

Beautiful soaps, hand creams, shower gels, all hand wrapped and boxed, exquisite designs. The products are hand made from natural ingredients, vegan friendly.and so many fragrances. Highly recommend.
