We specify Isomass products for all conversion projects, and never both with other suppliers. Their products are easy to install and Contractors haver never had issues with either getting it or finding advice on the installation process. I can’t recommend enough. We have a house we love but my boys rooms face onto a road that has a fair amount of traffic noise. It’s a modern house so had double glazed sash windows already so it was a big call to pull out the existing windows and replace them with Hugo Carter ones - and not cheap. However the noise reduction is remarkable & I can’t recommend the product & service anything other than 5*

From day one, this company is professional.Catherine was always on point and responsive, helping me make a good choice for my situation and answering all my inane questions. You can tell she is a very busy lady, but she always has time for customers.The crew of guys who did the installation are friendly, informative, and VERY good at what they do. They can work around anything you throw at them. Cables, wires, Internet, awkward spaces, etc. Their skills are impressive to say the least. It took only a few hours to have the alcoves in my living room completed. The finished walls are smooth, all molding back in place, and very clean. They even helped to put a guitar hanger back for me. Above and beyond expectation.As for the soundproofing itself, so far so good. My neighbours sounded like they were IN our house, pounding, yelling, etc. Now? Practically nothing! I can hear foot falls occasionally, but they sound miles away! No voices at all! It's heaven. The bedroom window supplied by Hugo Carter works even better than I had expected in cutting out noise from a neighbouring property whilst fitting neatly into the original window opening. Initially their office seemed disorganised in dealing with my queries (possibly due to the covid lockdowns at that time) but the actual installation of the window was done very efficiently and with considerable care taken to protect carpets and furniture in the room. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for quieter living!
