The thing I like best about MWT is that I can rely on a quick diagnosis of the problem at half the cost of a dealership. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Bought a new car. The whole process was easy and seamless. I got a good trade-in price and had a good idea of what car I would like. The salesperson Victor took time to get me the right car. I even got the car the same day. I went in to hand in the V5 and spare key for my old car today, and I got a valet, which wasn't done yesterday because it was late. The dashboard was in Km per hour, so I got that changed easily, too. Nothing is too much trouble.

Just to give you some feedback on my second Customer Experience visiting the Alfa Romeo Stoneacre Chesterfield.I arrived again on time for my second Alfa Appointment some five minutes before 1pm and on this occasion I struggled to find any free visitor parking spaces because the visitor parking was used with a couple of service vans and an almost new car with a For Sale Discounted poster.Similar to last time I arrived and walked into the front entrance of the Alfa Romeo show room with no sale people in attendance, completely empty.Similar to last time I can only conclude everyone has gone for lunch and they have forgotten about my arranged and confirmed appointment (via mobile text; email; voice message; and personal telephone call).Similar to last time I made myself a cup of coffee and began to sit and make myself comfortable in three of the show room Alfa Romeo cars.At approximately 20mins past one O'clock I walked over next door to the Fiat Showroom where I found two Sale persons, chatting to themselves.I then asked one of the sale persons if they can sell me an Alfa Romeo car next door?The sale man answered my question with a question What are you looking for?"This salesman did not introduce himself or did not give an explanation or apology to why the Alfa Sales room was so empty.I continued to have a one sided discussion with this gentleman and I finally dragged out his name

Purchased a Ford Focus 6 speed gearbox, can only say they were professional it arrived within the time quoted, they were very competitive on price and kept me advised my invoice was sent to me straight away as promised.Hence the five star rating.
