I took my Dyson vacuum cleaner in to be fixed as it had lost suction. The guy managed to fix it there and then on site. Fantastic friendly, professional and expert service. Has a good range of appliances too. Highly recommended.

Mat was recommended to me as the person I contacted originally didn't do smaller numbers of items (I was wanting 11 items (various kettle/power leads and sound equipment). Arranging a time with him was easy- he responded very quickly to emails and was able to offer me an appointment at my home within a few days. He arrived on time, was professional and incredibly respectful of my home and equipment.He asked me about what would be expected to go through the sound desk and sound equipment, and then took his time carefully checking, inspecting and testing the equipment.He informed me about the fuses in the kettle leads - they were all 13 amp, even though they only needed to be 5 amp. On my asking why it was a problem, he explained about the protective role of fuses and the potential problems a higher amp fuse could create. He replaced them with the correct fuses, whilst leaving me with my original fuses incase I needed to swap them back for any reason in the future.He asked me about my preferences regarding the placement of the new PAT testing stickers for each appliance (eg did I want them stuck over the top of previous ones or did I want previous ones removed and the new ones put in their place (even though they were a smaller size & there may be residue/marks left from previous stickers etc). I really appreciated his thoughtfulness.He provided me with a clear PAT testing document via email to send to venues to show my PAT testing. I paid him via mobile bank transfer.I felt totally safe with him in the house (I was in alone with just the dog).Matt was brilliant. I feel grateful for his careful, professional work, for his ability to come within just a few days to my home and sort it and I would highly recommend him.

Had our washing machine with an error code, it stopped spinning and Appliance Brothers were quick to respond and fix the issue for us. Have had no issues with the machine since it was fixed. Would recommend this company as was happy with the service and felt the fee was fair.
