Perfect service - both personally and for my vehicle. Having enjoyed a 15 year relationship with the Cheltenham dealership, I would be very reluctant trusting “Damien” to anyone else. Special mentions to Neil and Judith following recent service.

I have been pleasantly surprised at the help and support I had recently at Aston Martin in Acton .I have several high end vehicles of different makes , Italian and German .I can’t help compare the service and attention to detail I get .I have to put pen to paper to just say how much AM Stratstones exceeded my expectations now and in the past from the beginning to the end nothing is too much for the staff , from the lovely smile and coffee the receptionist offersTo George’s wealth of knowledge from the servicing Dpt .The exceptional value , and the peace of mind that my vehicles are in the best hands .I had a concern and the way it was dealt with was just amazing , The MD Drew , made the whole process seamless and made me feel that nothing was too much trouble . It is refreshing to see that even when you are the boss man that he can take time to look after the customer and make me feel special going above and beyond his work remit . Just collected my beautiful DB11 Volante and could'nt be happier. All the staff are amazing at Aston Bristol but a special mention must go to LLoyd Chris and Matthew for helping make my dream of owning a Volante come true. Keep up the amazing work and i will be back for another in a couple of years.

I recently bought a car from Eden Motors, after spotting the car I was interested in online, I popped in and dealt with Mike who was very accommodating and friendly, I did not feel pressured to make a decision on the car either. The company are very efficient in making sure I knew what was happening with every step or purchasing the car, head office even gave me a few courtesy calls too. I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and expertise shown by Jack Skinner at Aston Martin Chichester. Me and my wife came in to test drive a new Vantage Roadster and Jack was dealing with me from start to finish. He was always keeping me in the loop as I was busy for about a month from the initial booking to the actual test drive day and he took my details beforehand so all it took was a quick signature and quick tour of the car before I was on my way. I would highly recommend Aston Martin Chichester and I will be using them for all things Aston Martin in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of buying a new car from Chichester Aston Martin. All staff were pleasant and welcoming. My main interaction was with Richard Hutton, he was really helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He went above and beyond to answer any questions or queries I had, including contacting the ceramic coating firm for some further information. The car was prepped to an immaculate finish prior to my arrival for collection. And the cherry on the cake was that Richard took time out of his day to travel 35 miles to pick me up in an incredible Aston Martin DBS, which was amazing !!. And upon completing all the relevant paperwork I was presented with a lovely engraved wooden wine box, including a lovely bottle of local wine, a lovely finishing touch. I hope in the future I will be in a position to return there, as I would without hesitation. If you are in the market for a very special car, give them ago, you will not be disappointed.Date of experience: 03 June 2023
