Generally good experience of both buying and selling. We use them quite regularly to sell as well as buy stock. The only slight issue is the cap figures. We can be advertising and putting a reserve at what they suggest is cap" when setting up a sale auction

Nice clean yard quick turn around

RMS Morpeth found a buyer quickly for my property, and followed through keeping me informed throughout the process. It seemed a long time, but in fact was just under 3 months, which in the current climate was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Not a collector or philatelist but great deal on large letter stamps and friendly owner. Many happy customers in store and large collections would suggest a great store for those into philately. Disregard the 1 star rater, sounds like he was hard at it. 10/10 would recommend and will be back.

Good selection of competaively priced vehicles

I sold my property through Andrew Craig of Gosforth. All the ladies make a fantastic team. They were prompt in evaluating the property and advertising it; the valuation was very realistic & an offer was accepted within a couple of weeks. They were always very prompt in replying to any emails / phone calls and were always helpful. My only suggestion would be to reconsider the solicitors they recommend, as they caused unnecessary delays in completing the sale. If I ever have another property to sell in Newcastle area, I would certainly go to them again.

AVOID WITH A BARGEPOLE EVERYONE - BUYERS BEWARE!Had an awful experience with Glyn Jones - been chasing a delivery for 3 weeks sent by Glyn Jone who used parcel2go (using YODEL - awful company), just kept getting fobbed off - the parcel has been lost and I have no way of chasing it further. I have spoken to Glyn today and he has said that he doesn't issue refunds and doesn't take parcel insurance out when he sends parcels (terms and conditions apparently - oblivious to the fact it's his responsibility to ensure goods arrive) - why on earth wouldn't you take out parcel insurance?... he really doesn't give give two hoots about his customers - proper joke of a company. Thanks for nothing Glyn.
