Battery manufacturer

Ordered 2x 120ah batteries , delay in delivery due to border issues but can't fault the service and assistance it setting up charging profiles on my inverter charger.Update 2/3/21Called twice regarding setting up the batteries correctly. Can fault the guy as both times he took his time with me on the phone and explained everything.

This company think that they are perfect and faultless.I used to sell GS batteries to my customers, GS Yuasa Battery do not honour their warranties or make the battery good enough to last the warranty.In a previous reply to a google feedback they say that they only sell a battery with a one year warranty. They were selling a bronze, silver and gold branded GS battery with a 1,3 and five year warranty. A driver may have had an original battery on the vehicle from new for 10 years covering a low mileage, when replaced with a GS Yuasa battery Gold the battery failed after two years, no difference in use. I replaced the battery with an Exide and it is still performing well. I have sold lots of these GS batteries and have replaced the failed ones out of my own pocket.Another excuse would be that the wrong battery was fitted to the vehicle going by there vehicle lookup, but there vehicle lookup is not always correct.Don't waste your money these batteries are not made to last, from my experience buy Exide, Bosch or Varta.

Committed to customer service.Having had the battery installed for some time now, I am confident about the product and the support. When something would not work, they fixed it. When I needed to change my schedules, they gave clear advice. I am happy that I purchased this product, which I would recommend to anyone with Economy 7 or a decent solar system

I must say I didn't know about this business until I was frantically looking for a battery for my car and all other places were opening later. Luckily they had a suitable battery available straight away. They advised I could bring the old battery back for recycling. The gentleman must have seen that I was a bit frazzled and reminded me of which port to put on first, which was very kind of him. Will definitely not go elsewhere for batteries from now on.

I sent them an email asking about one of their products and they failed to reply, so sent a follow up email pointing out they had not responded to my previous email and they failed to reply to that too. One wonders why they give there email address on there website.

purchased a battery that is flat and not holding a charge to be told prove it....The company asked us to take the battery some where to have it tested then fill out a warranty claim form.been on hold for around half to talk to someoneAVOID

We had the new P3 system installed in June 2019 and have made significant savings to date. I feel quite content knowing that our evenings are being battery powered and that for a large part of the day we are being battery powered.Last year with the G200 system we bought 1.7kW of electricity whilst generating by PV panels 5 MW some of which powered the household requirement and some of which was exported.All that is required is for the Dashboard" to have incorporated into it a state of battery charge indicator as we cannot tell when the batteries are in need of top-up by Economy 7."
