Bicycle rack

Had a puncture to fix at the end of working day. Called in beforehand to check the availability, very friendly staff sorted it out in 25 min. There’s a cafeteria in the shop if you waiting longer or just popping by. Shop is clean and very professional

Love places like this. Local, knowledgable, well stocked and able to help straight away. Needed a new electrical port fitting to my car and a plug to my trailer cable. All sorted within an hour at a reasonable price. Many thanks

I bought my first bike (the one with Spiderman/superman colours) with flat tires and couldn't pump; went to these guys and they fixed it in 2 minutes (for free also!).Furthermore, they arranged my seat so I can be more comfortable. What better service can you ask for ? I highly recommend them

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. When fitting a tow bar they broke the handle mechanism for the rear door of my vehicle which meant that it couldn't open. When I pointed it out they said it was already broken - it wasn't. I explained that I was now on my way to collect my disabled child and needed the door for access, even when I showed them his blue badge they still refused to help or accept any responsibility . They locked up their shop and drove off leaving me there on the pavement completely stranded. Trust me, there are other tow bar and roof rack companies. This one doesn't deserve your business.

Went in today as advised by Halfords and Jason and team went all the way. One part wasn't in stock bit he advised that I could try that from Halfords. I bought the part from Halfords and came back even though Halfords was cheaper. Jason installed the roofbars and fixings without charging any labour. Highly recommended and great guys.

I have a very old cycle carrier and have since updated my roof bars so the brackets didn't fit but I phoned A2b and after much laughter about how old they were, A2b have managed to find me some fixing brackets that will fit, can't thank them enough. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and extremely happy to help. Will definitely use them again.
