Six of us travelling in to the UK from Spain and Portugal used British Bike Hire for a 5 day tour of the South Downs Way using a mixture of gravel and mountain bikes. A totally superb experience with these guys, who gave an immaculate service and provided great bikes at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Matt did a great conversion for my mtb. Did a test ride today 14 miles on and off road to Great Tew. Some 50m climbs were easily attainable. Celebrated with a half way refreshment at the Falkland Arms.

really quick and efficient service , friendly service from start to finish , sadly the down side was before i left my bill was gonna be 76 euros but when i went to pay it was 89 euros

Had a puncture to fix at the end of working day. Called in beforehand to check the availability, very friendly staff sorted it out in 25 min. There’s a cafeteria in the shop if you waiting longer or just popping by. Shop is clean and very professional

Awesome shop layout. Makes the kids faces light up with joy. Got everything you can imagine. Kelly was exceptionally helpful with a can do attitude made my experience much easier in the busy store. Free parking, could do with a few more parent and small child spaces but I guess it’s not their carpark.

I brought in my bike for a tune-up and to have several accessories (mudguards, kickstand, etc,) installed. I've taken my bike to other shops in town, and this place was hands-down the best I've gone to. They got my bike in the shop and back to me within just a week, and the work was done to a high standard and was absolutely affordable. The mechanic who gave me my bike back was kind and personable. We won't be taking our bikes anywhere else after this experience. My husband also thinks they're great - his parents, who don't speak english, will come in to have their tyres pumped up when they visit on holidays; despite the language barrier, these guys never fail to help. Thank you! x

Perfect service and the team went above and beyond to help with a bike query we had in relation to another bike (not hired from Wheel Travel). Good value, and would definitely recommend this service!

Had a couple of bulbs fitted at the Farnham store. Alex was very helpful and competent. A good value service and not for the first time that I've given the staff there a 5 star review.

Lloyd was fantastic when my seized through axle exploded into pieces in the station car park. He fixed everything there and then and I was straight out for a ride. Great, friendly service.
