The best boxing and martial arts in Burton. Coach Z is a professional. And . Always happy to help from improving your training quality and advice you about boxing fitness and exercises. He is not scared to take any challenge.Personally I got problems with ballance.First day I get there he sad we can work on it no worry.Everyone there is really freandly. I'm always happy to get there.

Harborough Leisure Centre
Pool was fine. Pleasant temperature, not too busy and enough lane space. Changing rooms another story. Chewing gum stuck all over cubicles. Floors filthy. Clogs of hair in drains and not cleaned away. Smears on cubicle doors that look very unsanitary. Made me feel disgusting getting changed after swim. Needs a revamp and for staff to care about cleanliness.

Flex Personal Training
I have been training with Justina for over 9 months and it has honestly been the best decision I have made. Justina is a wonderful trainer, always positive and motivating. She is very intuitive and able to pick up on individual needs and tailor the workouts accordingly. Each session is fun, different and there is never a dull moment! As someone who previously did not enjoy working out, Justina has instilled in me a passion and drive to get healthier and stronger. Can't thank her enough for all the changes she has helped me make nutritionally and physically.

Knockout Personal Training
Mike is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his boxing and exercise as a whole. And as we all know boxing offers an incredible full-body workout and his sessions have already improved my strength, power and endurance. On top of all that it has also really improved my mental health and I always look forward to our sessions. Plus he is a bloody nice chap! Can't recommend him highly enough.
