We asked K2 Surveyors to carry out a detailed roof inspection of a property we were buying after concerns raised from a home-buyers survey. The report provided incredible detail with photos and notes that allowed us to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the property at the agreed price. K2 were excellent at communicating with us, our sellers and their estate agent to arrange everything quickly and hassle-free. Very happy with the service provided.

I have been using London Building Control for the past few years. The service provided is very professional, with responsive site surveyors and supportive technical and admin team. Compared with other independent building control companies I have encountered on our projects their service is above the rest. Would highly recommend for a hassle free process.

Had a very positive experience using these surveyors. The service was very personal and positive. The type of the survey they did for us (home movers report) was comprehensive, with a lot of useful information, advise and tips. The person who did the survey was very happy to answer all our questions directly. I would recommend using Charter-Reid for your house survey

Grossly Negligent. Borderline Dangerous.We paid circa £1500 for a level 3 Building Survey. The report failed to highlight that electrics in the house were dangerous -- it took an electrician all of about 8 seconds after stepping foot in our house to uncover the raft of issues -- and failed to highlight that the house was riddled with visible(!) lead pipework.This is before we even get to our flat roof. The surveyor told us the roof had at least 10 years life in it, that pooling water was nothing to worry about and the roof was in good condition. We've had three separate roofing companies since tell us this should never have been signed off by a competent professional. The roof is a patchwork quilt, has no incline so water sits on top, softening the boards, and we have had two instances of water leaking through in less than three months. It turns out the patchwork quilt roof was to mask former leaks. The roofers stated this could not have been missed by anyone that knew what they were doing.I would not use Flettons again under any circumstances. Their negligence has cost us thousands of pounds. Put Flettons' considerable fee towards hiring a roofer, electrician, plumber and structural expert that actually knows what they're talking about. Absolutely disgraceful.

Matt and his team carried out the groundworks and brickwork for our self build" bungalow. They came recommended to us but exceeded our expectations. They are very knowledgeable which helped us as this was a one off build. They are extremely hard working and go the extra mile for their clients. They take a great pride in their work which really impressed us. Not only that - they are easy to work with as they are nice people- so that made things easier. We have used them for other landscaping work since which was also of a high standard. It seems to me there isn't much they can't do - I would always go to them first. They will be doing another job for us in the Spring. We can't recommend them highly enough!"
