My Cannon camera from Jessops is amazing and top quality for blogging. I'm an amateur who wants to learn on how to use camera's such as Canon and get better at it so that I can one day be able to use my camera and help build my social media to grow based in fitness and health for the world to see and hopefully make money to support myself.

Had a broken mic jack on my Canon R6 and was booked to shoot just four days later. Dropped it off with Alan and he turned it around in less than 24 hours and it’s as good as new. Other places were quoting double and a three week turnaround! Would recommend to anyone.10/10

Huge shout out to Nick! I popped into D. H James today to find a camera for work. I advised my budget and requirements and Nick went above and beyond to help and even took example shots to show me the quality of the camera before purchasing it. I cannot stress how important it is to support our high street stores! Not only are you supporting local, but you're also getting a personal service too. Thank you so much Nick!

Don’t even bother. Unfortunately, I had to give this one star and that’s one star too many. If any of your canon equipment breaks, it’s better to give up photography and become an estate agent. Honestly, do yourself a favour you only have one life don’t waste it dealing with these cowboys.

Amazing store to buy your camera & equipment. The gentleman, Mr. Tommy Rodgers was kind enough to find a part for the light stand to work with the smaller light. Overall the quality of the products are really great and pickup time is also pretty fast. I also got my Sigma 35mm lens from here. Both are amazing.

Contacted via email to enquire about hiring equipment. Rather than assisting a potential customer I was instead asked to provide my credentials to 'prove' I am able to use the equipment. Nowhere on the website does it specify this is would be required. Like many other film maker's, I am not affixed to a production company; therefore classed as an independent. 'Jack' seemed to not understand this concept and instead of moving forward with a potential transaction he decided to email saying 'You keep saying you're independent but what does that mean' and 'Did you go to university'. After eventually giving my credentials and links to previous work I did not hear back. Great customer service!Overall you would not expect to be interviewed by a company simply loaning equipment.I have since loaned equipment from elsewhere hassle free and would advise people to do the same.

Bill and the team are all brilliant and always help with advice when needed! Been going back to Campkins as a beginner photographer for the past few years and always get the help and advice I need. Just came off the phone for almost one hour with Bill who discussed all of my requirements and recommendations moving forward for my photography in regards to gear and editing. Highly recommend and thank you again Bill for your time!
