Lovely staff and great Sunday session. I loved that you can go to hidden places you can't walk to. Things to know in advance:- Aim to arrive at 9:30 for the 10am session- It's £10 each cash only- Bring a change of clothes including old trainers- Buoyancy vest, paddle, kayak, introductory training is provided

West Reservoir Centre
Nice enough place but £11 for a swim, and you can’t pay on entry (you have to book through the terrible Better app) is a bit steep. Heath ponds are nicer and only £4.Way too many rules - you have to wear their colour swim caps (no black swim caps allowed for some reason) and they make you swim with a float. They even make you get in and out of the water in one place. All feels a bit restrictive. Fine but about as far from a wild swim as you can get.Cafe is great, will be back for that.If visiting London and want an outdoor swim, skip this place and go straight to the Heath ponds.

Exmouth Watersports & Activity Centre
I organised to take a stag do group paddle-boarding with John and Dave from Exmouth Watersports. We had a fantastic afternoon. John and Dave were great fun and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Albany Outdoors
I have been accessing the Albany for nearly 10 years, it is a fantastic facility for all outdoor and water activities. Awesome wet and wild weeks for children and plenty on offer for adults too.

Not actually in the golf club but enjoying the summer evening on the beach at low tide with Nacho and Joey, our two dogs. Fantastic end to a hectic week.

London Kayak School
Mike is a fantastic coach. He's really friendly, knowledgeable and his skill level is insane. He's very observant, provides well thought out, personal, feedback, encouragement, and tips for improvement. The only downside is the sessions always seem too short! I always go home a better kayaker, with loads of things to practice.I can't recommend him enough, and I'm looking forward to our next session together.
