I booked a clay day for my boyfriend's birthday. I haven't received a booking confirmation or any further information. I have tried sending an email through the website, sending a message on instagram and phoning (it just goes through to voicemail). It's now a week before his birthday, and I still don't have confirmation and now need to get him an alternative present at the last minute. Feel like I have been scammed at this point. Really terrible customer service.

We came into the studio with zero experience and came out relaxed and confident with several pieces under our belt. Sandra is a fantastic instructor and helps to create a relaxing and social environment. It's a great way to spend the afternoon!

What a wonderful place to come for a family outing or even just by yourself. It has to be one of the most relaxing and therapeutic activities to do. Lovely items to paint, the only problem is deciding which item to paint as there is so much choice. I went today with my cousins and Aunt and the lady working was so helpful, such a lovely young lady; clearly enjoys working here with a passion for what she does. I have been several times with my son and daughter and also friends another time. My husband tells me there are only so many jugs or vases you can have!!! I’m trying to prove him wrong but did a plate this time…..so many beautiful things. I’ll be back, maybe for one if your ladies nights with a bottle of bubbly! LOVE IT HERE!

Exploring this store is a little like exploring a gallery. I have a particular fondness for the beautiful ceramic and glass pieces that they have. Some are practical, such as tableware, but many pieces are purely artworks for putting on display. The only problem is that I don't have enough room in my house for all the pieces that I would like to take home with me.

Very helpful. I dropped in to get a new shower head, because the one I recently bought from someone else didn't work very well. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
