Literally Just called them..close to closing time yet i was listened to sympathetically and patiently..and Bobby whom i spoke to was incredibly helpful!! Gave Great advice..highly recommend.(Nazia)Called them again tday hence adding to my review..i was listened to very patiently and advised accordingly..(i tend to ramble when anxious) the advice. I was given put my mind at rest as i was particularly overwhelmed by an issue that needed urgent advice on how to proceed.Thanks again Bobby! You're a credit to your profession.

I have been to a lot of Law firms and got different experiences with them, bad and good but I wasn’t really that contented with their services up until I met Mr. ABDUL. I met him since he was still practicing, since before he was helpful to me and to those people I brought into him. When he started working in Chelian Law firm, I never hesitated to follow were he is practicing as I only trusted him. He is extremely helpful and professional. He gives good advices. We used Dale & Newbery for both our house sale and house purchase and I cannot recommend them enough. Our house purchase was a bit clunky to say the least with quite a few curve balls, and they dealt with each one brilliantly! Super responsive, even responding to a late night email I sent on the same evening, and discussing in a call at gone 9pm the same evening to assist with our queries. Will absolutely be choosing them again if I need a solicitor. Hayley Watson is a star!

I am extremely grateful for the assistance given by Luke Hunt, in what became a very traumatic experience! I needed a Licence to install a stairlift in a communal area, which had been forestalled! I have recently completed the sale of my house with the valued help of Helena and Saul at Saul Marine & Co. They couldn't have been more helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I would not hesitate to use them again - hopefully not for a long while - moving is quite stressful!

If I could have left no stars I would have done so.Recently I had to sell my Marina Berth at Premier marinas Gosport, Under the terms and conditions of the lease I have to pay Premier Marinas solicitor fees.Obviously the solicitors were BDB PItmans at Southampton.All comments are my opinion and experience of what has happenedThe whole transaction was a complete and utter farce,It took three and a half months to effectively change a few names, addresses and dates and get documents signed.BDB Pitmans decided to change the wording on documents, that had probably been that way for 40 years plus, this seemed to me to have absolutely no relevance at all.It is also very possible that mistakes were also made, although I have no evidence of this, (just a passing comment made by my own solicitor) when BDB PItmans changed from using a junior member of staff to calling in a very experienced consultant, who I think was a previous Partner ?Delay after delay happened, for no reason that I could see.No apologies.Not at all impressed by this company.I have tried to make an official complaint but they will not accept or look into it as I am not “officially” their client.I was forced to use them and I paid their fees from the proceeds of the sale, therefore I believe I have the right to complain about the way this was handled, irrespective of the fact that I didn't officially instruct them.Their response is a waste of time, I have contacted them to discuss further, as requested but they just don't respond.Certainly not what you would expect from a law firm.
