Absolutely pointless organisation!!! Horrible service!! Was very rude by the phone, not even come to me after vandalism happen on my property. I asked them to come and investigate as I am not feeling safe, but they said they only can came for invesgation if somebody attack me.Absolutely disgusting as most of my taxes goes for police organisation but I couldn't even get a help from them!!

Very overpriced establishment. Service was excellent, they watched me closely and attended to my every need. £90 surcharge and £90 costs was extortionate, for a one night all inclusive en-suite compulsory stay. Probably won't stay there again unless I have no choice.

I hear they have very accommodating cells. Clan and tidy with hotel class service when asked for hot drinks and food by criminals. Keep it up

As an European, Detective Stephen Anderson could refuse to carry out any kind of investigation as he said: pushing out someone eyes and breaking bones are just simple revenge. Also no investigation without sympathy.Detective inspector Michael Redmond confirmed and since then ignores every communication. So if you want to know why homicide and other crime rates goes up, you should ask that this two useless members of the met-police.

Everything you ever hear or imagine of how humans can go worse than devils and far filthier than animals you can just pop in to that so called CARDIFF BAY POLICE STATION and you will see that with your own eyes . they arrested me few days ago for an allegation which they modified it at the custody log to a s...l assault , then they didn't allow me to have my essential medicine that i cant sit tight or live well for the day without it and that includes diabetes , asthma and anxiety !! for 24 hours they never had a moment to be humans and LAW REPRESENTATIVES as they claim and totally ignored even my lawyer when she asked them to give me that sensitive issue medicine when it had my name and all details on it and they still didn't give a dam about that . they did that when its totally against every law in this world and they were happy to see me die without being worried for a second about the consequences as there were CCTVs around ! imagine what can they do behind the scene !!! they did all that just because they didn't like my ATTITUDE according to them

An officer called Stephen Lovatt interviewed me today very polite and good officer. Understanding and respectful. This was my first interaction with a police officer and I was very happy with how the interview was conducted. I give the officer 5 stars.

I reported a case of harassment/stalking and somehow the policeman who dealt with the case made it worse. I've had to move, change my number, my email, delete half my social media pages and heavily restrict the others etc. I'm not sure what the policeman did or said to the offenders, I just know that my situation got much much worse after he contacted them and that's not how it's supposed to work. This has been an incredibly disappointing and scary experience and honestly if anything happens to me on the police.

I have never encountered anything like this. Arrived with my friend in a complete panic attack, and the police officers at the desk just proceeded to lecture us rather than help solve our issue. Got told they were « too busy » and that the wait to file a report would be « hours long ». Came back hours later only to be further belittled, without them offering us any solution or advice on how to proceed. We didn’t file a report with them because the police officer implied that it would just get ignored. Appauling. We managed to file a report and be taken seriously by calling the london police number.

Finally, regarding the Modus Operandi from last year, which has not been addressed at all. Crime report 36/17339/ PART 1What was the time of the report, as it is not listed for the 5th March 2020 & why is that? Please state what/which specific swear words were used, in which sentences & how many times used? How high was the walking stick raised ? How many times was this allegedly done? It is stated that it was waved about in a threatening manner. How was this determined? It is stated that I allegedly threatened the manager with the walking stick,Who is making this statement ?? or the police officer typing out the report? With whom was I allegedly arguing with? And with whom was I allegedly shouting at?It is stated that the controlled drug will be delivered, to who or where?Who gave the police a quotation that I was supposed to have said.?And which police officer entered it on this report? As it has not been accurately transcribed on the report. On the report dated the 10th March 2020 08.45am PC ?? states in the text box; No offence has occurred, the walking stick was raised during the incident. I have considered a public order offence. However there is NO EVIDENCE to suggest this has happened,NO swear words or abusive language was used.; Questions; how high was the walking stick raised off the ground? Why is this log entered five days after alleged incident? The report goes onto state that;this incident has lead to Taryn being removed from Acle medical practice & dispensary due to have ongoing confrontation with staff as she like to collect her partners medication early. She has been referred to Norwich medical practice. At 09.41am Closing report & states No offence has occurred.Has been removed from Acle gp surgery. Then for some unknown reason this is altered on the 12th March 2020.By Staff 36 11096 ? (who?) Guidance; Classification amended by IMU from ASB_Nuisance to Sec 5 POA Harassment, alarm or distress as Suspect was verbally abusive & shouting in the public area of the surgery-PVH points to prove says S5 POA is made out if a person uses threatening, abusive or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused h/a/d & this would appear to be what has happened,So please can you explain why this was & what prompted it to be ? What abusive language was used or what threatening behaviour? The words to prove" were used-so how was this proved by cctv or written statements
