Soffits, facias and guttering.Very impressed with the whole experience from Stewart and his team, they arrived on time, worked efficiently, were polite and professional.The work was carried out in less than a week from the first phone call to get a quote which was spot on and a really good price.They took all the old boards and guttering away and cleared all the dirt/moss that was left from taking the original down leaving my garden clean and tidy.Would highly recommend, I’ve even got a quote for work to be completed in the future. I am posting at this point in time to counter the review which claims that Russell Goswell of Ideal Home Improvements is a ‘con man’ and was abusive about their girl, both of which are unfounded and indeed slanderous. The situation arose whilst out in my front garden as Russell is quoting for some work I am getting done to replace soffits and facias. During our conversation I foolishly made some inappropriate remarks which in no way can be attributed to Russell. This company comes highly recommended by one of my neighbours and I look forward to getting the work done shortly.

We had bifold doors fitted, however due to Executive Windows our build was held up by 3 months leaving us with plywood doors during this time. Their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Every day was a lie.We ended up going to their offices in person to confront the owner, who blatantly lied to our faces about the delivery and fitting date, again ….Asking for our money back seemed to the trick and we finally got our window and doors.We would never recommend this company and even to this day are still having issues with the quality and repairs.

Wayne and Aaron worked solidly all day - even drinking tea whilst cutting up fascias etc. Never stopped and did a fantastic job on an old house without straight walls!!!

Great metal work at a great price & a family run firm

Replaced cladding and windows - absolutely excellent workmen, professional, friendly, adaptable and even our neighbour commented on how well they cleared up afterwards. We would definitely recommend using them.
