Where do i start! The really small black man with the cap has got to be the rudest person Ive ever come across (and this isn't the first time Ive read this on the reviews, how on earth is he still in a job!!!), there is a reason its always dead every time i go in there but i will never step foot in your shop again! He is so obnoxious and rude beyond belief. I would give zero stars if was an option.

Excellent service. Next day delivery is very reliable. Good range of products at really good prices. The customer care that I have received has been exemplary.

Friendly place

Really helpful, friendly staff. Made sure we had all the bits and pieces we needed (and wouldn't necessarily have known we needed!) Plus some advice on how to do it. Excellent price too.

After trying different floor coverings, some much more expensive, I have continued to go back to Trio for the last five years. Only had one issue in that time and that was replaced next day. Other fitters often comment on the quality so I pass on the number.

Not really bad. But not good neither. Ordered on Wednesday afternoon, small order. On Thursday while chatting asked if any chance for Friday delivery, I was told fully loaded, that's absolutely fair, I wasn't in rush anyway, it was just question in between other things, I was told it is due for Monday, in case of changes I'll be informed, so perfect for me. Well... wasted all Monday. I was respecting their time. Looks like they have no respect for my time. I'm not in rush, but my time is valuable too, I could spend my time differently than sitting at the address. When nothing delivered till around 3PM I have started contacting. Chat was nice and pro, I found out that boards are covered/protected, that's perfect, delivery should be for today but isn't, okay, fine, still big positive, then suddenly phone call as some item size not in stock. I shortly asked what's going on about everything delivery was due for today. I was told it's all because they were waiting for OSB boards. No apologises, looks like no problem. So in summary I have ordered items not in stock anyway and somehow it was all confirmed as in stock and due to be delivered, BUT: not in stock. Or just little cheat to get out of situation? So today (Monday) had to change for another size of different item. Not big deal, that's fine, I can cut bits, but be aware if You like make things simple - You won't do simple here regarding purchase/administration issues. They have good quality items, good things and bad things. Think twice regarding delivery as may get issues with timings/reliability/stocking on delivery day. Order is not delivered yet, doing feedback now as I'm feed up with this situation, and from other side I know in advance that timber quality will be good. Never had problems when went there to purchase things straight from shelf, always perfect. It was first time when delivery was involved, suddenly things not in stock etc. Definitely I'll browse local market as need more stuff. I have feeling that is no point saying here I'm not in rush" as I stay without contacting me in case of delay. I have feeling that order was pushed and pushed to the very last and behind stock. Apparently all ordered items were in stock last week while ordering."

Customer service is superb, the staff are extremely knowledgable and help with even the smallest of problems...

We specify Isomass products for all conversion projects, and never both with other suppliers. Their products are easy to install and Contractors haver never had issues with either getting it or finding advice on the installation process. I always talk to Iain Mair, he's infinitely knowledgeable and always happy to help.

Cant speak highly enough of the service I received from Solseal. I'd ordered a twin pack of Sika Fastfix. One of the packs inside the tub was punctured and had gone off. I sent photos of the damage to Solseal and had an immediate reply apologising and confirming they would send a replacement pack straighaway. What a pleasure to deal with a company that actually understands the value of good customer care. I will certainly use them again.
