The main pharmacist giving Covid and Flu jabs just made my wife cry because he was so rude to her. Then told her to leave without giving her the jab. Looking at other reviews this place needs to take a hard look at the way it treats customers. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

Looked after by Katie who was amazing. First session of reflexlogy so didnt really know what to expect. Katie explained everything about the treatment, made sure I was warm & comfortable throughout & explained the coresponding body parts she had worked on afterwards. The treatment was lovely, not too much pressure & very relaxing. Already booked my next treatment. Salon & staff are lovely & the coffee is also really good! Thank you!

Got my eyebrows done by Jodi, she was very good at her job, allowed me to tell her what I wanted and she did an amazing job. Talked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable. Loved my results would highly recommend! Jodi is a great addition to Benefit!
