It took a bit of time to get going on sending me the samples I had requested (and their samples are quite difficult to judge because thinner and smaller than average), but I was very impressed by how smoothly the rest of the process unfolded and Luis was extremely attentive and helpful, even kindly sending me videos of some of the worktops when I was unable to pass by the show room, and organising the installation as quickly as possible. The finished result is beautiful and the installation team were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful worktop. Excellent quality and fantastic service. I went out to the workshop where Jamal was super helpful, and then I worked with him on a quote by email using our kitchen plans until we got to a place we were all happy with. Once our kitchen units was up, I was given an appointment for the worktop to be templated - it was an unusual shape as the window piece was deeper, but that posed no problems. The worktop was fitted by appointment 4 days later and they did a great job. It's perfect. Even better than expected. Cannot recommend Palazzo enough.

Absolutely love our new quartz worktop. I was so indecisive and Tracey was so welcoming and really helped us finally choose the right one. We had our worktops installed last week, we used DialAWorkTop having found their details off Google. We were very happy with the service we received right from the start. We spoke with Mitesh over the phone a few times who gave us a competeive price and then sent us a few samples, once we had chosen the style we wanted, he organised a template to be done a few days later. After the template, the installation was booked in for the following week. It wasn't the easiest install as we live in a third floor flat with no lift, but the installers did a great job. All in all the entire process happened very quickly and smoothly and Mitesh kept in regular contact throughout. I would use this company again.

One word sums up this company, from the bubbly, helpful staff in the showroom to the fabricators to the fitters, That word is FANTASTIC I cannot praise them enough, very polite and respectful of your home. Thank you so much.

We’ve just had the new Verona worktop fitted, and we’re very happy indeed!Paige and Sophie are very responsive and knowledgeable, and even stayed late one night for us to come in and see the quartz. The timescales between survey to installation were extremely fast.The installers were absolute perfectionists.Great service.I would advise anyone to go into the showroom and see first, as the stone looks different in larger slabs and in our case the Verona had been updated to a (much nicer) lighter colour than the sample.Thank you guys! We had to replace our wooden worktop as it just didn’t work for us unfortunately. After a quick visit, Matt at Sussex Stoneworks recommended a quartz worktop that would be around our budget and suit our kitchen, so we began the lengthy task of trying to pick the colour/style!After bothering Matt for different samples we finally decided and booked it in.Our old worktops were taken out and the lovely new worktop installed in a day. The guys were great and the finish is superb. We had a couple of issues with the plumbing and dishwasher and the team came straight back out to us immediately to remedy.Top job, very happy. I have contacted Peter and Elizabeth at Lowes during lockdown last year. They sent us samples of our choice to avoid traveling to their shop. Once the order was placed, worktop was fitted 2 weeks later. Worktop is great and very impressive. Very good service and great workmanship at a competitive cost. To be definitely recommended!
