Come back to edit my review as it was not accurate enough. Michael was unwilling, unkind, impolite, arrogant. I have spent 2 minutes with a different customs agent and solved the problem. Earlier he made small mess ups that cost us time wise quite large. He’s missed out on communicating quite crucial bits of information.On the other hand Mel is an absolutely amazing team member you should highly value.

Don't bother using - try inxpress or parcel hero instead. Poor service and they don't include all the costs involved in sending parcels so you get stung after.
