Middlewood Way
I wonder how many miles I have run, walked, cycled along it and how many more I will in future. Superb anti-pandemic treatment as well.

Forest of Dean Cycle Centre
Blue and red trails were really fun, nice bikes to hire. The drop off and jump lines were really good to practice on too. Looking forward to coming back again.*Was a super hot day when I rode, the cafe was closed and all the taps were switched off. Had to ride around for a while to find the other visitor centre to get some supplies.

Flyup 417 Bike Park
My riding Buddy and I took our 10 & 11 year old boys for their first uplift session. They loved it. The Blues were great for learning berm technique and a bit of airtime, and we progressed to some Red tech to step up after lunch. And the Dads got to hang back then send it :-) Lovely friendly staff, no queues basic but good cafe and a great shop for gear. Recommended as an occasional alternative to the more famous Welsh parks. Blues are limited in number, but plenty of progression in the Reds! Tracks fairly all weather"."

Meltham Greenway
Lovely walk. The Greenway itself was part of the early rail network. There are still remnants of the old network to see. The location starts in Meltham and you can walk approximately 1 to 2 miles, the area is well maintained.

Callendar Estate Activity Centre
Excellent trails to please most mountain bikers whether beginners or the more adventurous. There are also pleasant trails for the walker. The Canada Wood Restaurant is also easily accessible from one of the many car parks.
