Greeted by receptionist dentist wsWas running 1/2hr late. Receptionists explaining the new pt plan or private rules, as no longer going 2 be an NHS practice. The patient was told she would save money, um NO! Then told there was a £75 fee to be accepted onto the plan!Have felt for a while this practice only care about money & pushing 'paying' treatments'.Dentist you friendly as always.

My children and I moved to smileone after my previous dentist completey stopped NHS treatment. The smileone dentist and staff are brilliant. It is easy to book appointments, there is excellent communication throughout and the dentist is great with my children. I had to wait a while on one occasion but that is to be expected in any form of healthcare. Thank you for continuing to stay NHS for the many that need it.

Exceptional dentist! During my last three appointments, I never had to wait. At the same time, Jay takes a lot of time for patients and his checkup was the most thorough one I have ever had. He really goes up and beyond and stays up-to-date with latest materials and research. Plus he is great to talk to, explains procedures well and makes visits to the dentist as comfortable and pleasant as they can be!

This is a really friendly dental practice that I've been attending for over 15 years. Mr Connell and Jade are knowledgeable, approachable and put you completely at ease. They've always explained suggested treatments in a way that I understand and are happy to clarify points or give more detail to enable me to make a decision on the best course of action for me. I really appreciate this approach as it helps me feel like an active participant in my dental health. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Connell and Jade to anyone.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I keep telling my friends my dentist is great so I may as well tell the internet! My dentist is Dr Shepardson, she has such a lovely and reassuring manner. The hygienist is also really nice but not sure of his name! And reception are helpful too which isn’t always the case… Plus they’re relatively easy to get an appointment with. Recommend!
