A place to avoid! Was not impressed with the customer service and expressed that the customer service is disgusting only to be screamed at from across the store and threatened with the police... Currently waiting for police to arrive. Staff need customer and conflict training. Clearly learning on the job leads managers to verbally assualt customer whom have a complaint to make.

Failed to issue a refund for an £700 omega seamaster watch I purchased..kept stopping throughout the day of purchase and overnight... returned it the next morning and was accused of tampering with the watch and refused to issue a full refund even with the receipt..Matter now with trading standards and my solicitor..This matter could have been resolved with the issue of a full refund as instructed by the laws protecting the consumer from purchasing goods that are not fit for purpose..Expect a letter very soon !!!!!!

At first it appeared that it wouldn't be possible as the new strap/links were slightly different to the original one, but the young man persevered & eventually managed to do it. This made my whole day! Will definitely return in the future.
