Words cannot express my sincere gratitude for the help and support received from Jim and Wayne today. Once again, I would like to thank them both for their kindness, patience and dedication when encountering the most difficult and challenging logistical situations. My Mother thanks you both for helping her in her time of need, so thanks guys. Highly recommendable.

Disabilities are being taken advantage of and are being charged over double the price of a normal taxi due to needing a wheelchair taxi. This is not right.

Would give it zero stars if possible.Used the app to book a taxi to go to a wedding venue on the 1st July. Only to have an email to say the trip was cancelled.Called the office to ask why only to told they are too busy so they cancelled the journey..... OK, moving on.I booked with another company. Gent picked me all good.Only to then get a call from a driver from Apollo to say they were there to pick me up.Explained the situation to the very obviously annoyed driver and thought nothing more about it until I looked at my bank statement and have seen they have charged my account for the trip!!! Even though I had received a text to say that if the trip is not taken they would be no charge or money would be refunded within 3 days.Still waiting. Awful experience start to finish!!!!Thanks for the response. However the evidence" you have is in you're error.I booked the car via the app which was cancelled by you.Then calling the office was told you were " fully booked"......I am still waiting for a refund too."

Use with caution....I asked 3 times to check the postcode for where we were going to, to make sure he had it correctly from pre-booking and was ignored, eventually went the wrong way and I got out. Incredibly stressful when travelling on your own late in the evening.

We hired Driving Miss Daisy to take us to Stonehenge and then to Windsor. Our driver Tracey’s was amazing and it was a wonderful experience for my family

Excellent service! They took us to Manchester Airport for our honeymoon. We had a text early on the day we departed to say there was traffic and they were coming slightly earlier to avoid sitting in it, which was appreciated.they were very informative and friendly. Great company that i'd use again and definitely recommend

I bought a scooter from David to help while I was recovering from a hip replacement and received an excellent service from start to finish. I wish I’d known about all the other helpful equipment you can hire from him before I bought it myself from Amazon! Highly recommend David’s service.

Brilliant service.

Really easy to use app to order one car, wait time greatly reduced, taxis are prompt and easy to contact if there is a problem. Love being able to track the arrival. I never order a taxi any other way.Would like to see the app be able to order multiple cars - if it does do this its not clear to me.
