As the clubs treasurer I purchased an oak cased trophy cabinet for our cricket club as a memorial to my dad. This weekend saw our opening game and was an opportunity for me to see the cabinet for the first time. It is excellent and the clubs trophies are shown off fabulously. The ordering process was straightforward. Rang to confirm our chosen cabinet could be made in oak, yes. Would I pay a deposit as it was being made to order, a reasonable request, no problem. There is a lead time of 8 weeks, again not a problem as we were in the close season and it was approaching Christmas. So order placed, deposit made. Cannot quite remember if the 8 week lead time was met but didn’t have to chase as I was contacted to arrange a delivery time. Arrangements made, cabinet delivered, unpacked and put into position. Final payment made. All straightforward. Charlotte has kept me informed all the way, always prompt to reply, many thanks. I would highly recommend this company.
