One of the best facials, I've had. The lady was so nice and understanding to my sensitive skin. The whole treatment felt amazing and I'd recommend to others. And I'll be returning again as well... 10/10

Always love coming here, everyone is super friendly and always look after tou well. The floatation tank is a very welcome reset for the brain and body, top it off with a massage to get even more benefit.

Ive been here twice doing helix, lobe and belly button piercing, and I must say its the best place Ive ever been too. The girls at the reception are the nicest, and the girls doing the piercings (Natalie and Chloe) were so professional and kind. It was my first time doing it at a piercing spot, and they made me feel at ease throughout the process. Cant recommend this place enough❤️

Not organised booking service, rude not professional staff.Last booking for using my gift card when I come MY PROCEDURE WASNT DONE.When I come they told me that they cancle my booking, when I start complening about it. Because how they cancle my booking without letting me know.Then they tell me that actually my booking was 1.5h early and it's my mistake that I came late.When I asked to do the same procedure in another day, staff tell me - No or I need to pay again.When I come back in the same day to cancel my future booking they tell me that one of they staff member just finished last client and can stay to do my procedure after work (it's was at 1pm and they are working untill 4.30pm) but inbegining they for somereaso couldn't found the time for me just in 2 weeks.Some staff really take care of customers and doing job with all heart(really like - looks like Spanish Isabelle she is doing massage so good and another) but some just lie to cover mistakes.No more again.Waste of my time.

Wow. What can I say, my first tattoo and the best experience. I booked and was slightly nervous, but from walking in the door I knew I was in safe hands. The whole team were chatty, friendly and helpful. I asked a lot of questions, was intrigued by different things, but my artist was absolutely fabulous in answering my questions and making everything clear. Every step was talked through and I felt comfortable to be myself. I had a fabulous experience and hope to be back again soon! Thank you so much.

I ordered a click and collect of 8 items. I got an email saying to turn up over 24 hours later and the products would be waiting at the shop. I went 2 days later and the woman serving me was being shouted at by her manager, and neither of them had the order. The manager then said I had to come back over a week later. I came back a week later and they only had three of the items. Different manager but still very rude. The earrings I actually did receive broke after two uses. Would avoid from now on.

Excellent service. Very painless threading and waxing, one of the most comfortable experiences I have had so far. The walk in appointments make it so easy to get services when needed. Very friendly staff and I have made this place my regular in York! Will not go any place else in York.

Lovely staff an super professional. We went in for piercings and the whole situation was great from the beginning. The piercer (so sorry I can’t remember her name!) was helpful and informative and able to be honest and open about aftercare/piercing expectations. Lovely, will go again!
