V small screens, so small that I had to scroll up and down to be able to view the question and the multiple choice answers below! not good enough!! V noisy workmen in area outside exam room and the PC crashed half way through FFS! Luckily was able to continue the exam where it crashed. Not impressed, will drive 20miles to Newport next time! Considering asking for refund too!

Rebecca provided a mentoring service to me ahead of my APC renewal. Rebecca was reassuring and shared her wealth of knowledge and expertise of the APC process and answered my long list of questions in sufficient detail meaning I felt confident with submitting my APC. I have been sending my son to this place for nearly 4 months and this has definitely helped him build his confidence and understand the areas where he was lacking on. His maths tutor called tom has been very involved in my sons progression and supported him and myself in recognising his areas of work where he needs support and and keeping me updated daily i would definitely recommend this place to everyone and its a fun happy learning environment.

Excellent centre to get child tutored for 11+, GCSE & A-level.

My daughter in law has just come back from passing her theory test and the lady at the test centre was so rude and patronising. Asking why she wore a scarf to the test centre, even though she'd dropped it into a locker, stating that she'd be threatened with a jail sentence if she was caught cheating and they questioning why she'd completed the test so quickly.My daughter in law is a graduate student at university and was really upset by the manner, tone and conduct of the lady at the test centre.Clearly someone needs to take a test on politeness, etiquette and just plan manners.

Staff could be friendlier... *should be friendlier...

Ark Tution has helped my daughter immensely with Mathematics and English. She has been able to build up confidence in these subjects within a short period of time. The teachers are well qualified and supportive.
