I honestly can't give enough stars to Jordan, Martyn and the rest of the team at NXT. I met with Jordan initially and he went through the whole process in detail, explaining how they build my profile and asking exactly what I was looking for. I left feeling complete confidence that they would find me a suitable role. One week later and I have a job that couldn't be more perfect than if I personally created it. On the 25th June this year I uploaded my CV onto Reed's website. Up to that point I was getting to plenty of job interviews but I was unsuccessful each time mainly through a combination of nerves and waffling!! 5 days after uploading my CV I got a call to say that my CV had been forwarded to Nottinghamshire County Council and that they wanted to interview me for a position within the ICDS (Integrated Children's Disabilty Services) team as a Service Organiser (a sort of specialist Admin position). My interview was arranged for 3 days later. I honestly thought the interview had been a disaster but within half an hour I was told they wanted to take me on for an initial temporary 6 months contract. Just over a week later I started. After about 4 weeks being there I was told by one of the Managers that the job I was doing was to be advertised as a full time position and they thought I should apply. I did apply, got to the interview and was successful! I'm now on a full time contract with Nottinghamshire County Council and absolutely loving the job. It's hard work, with plenty of time sensitive tasks, but it's really worthwhile. I only wished I had put my CV in sooner. I can't thank Sarah at Reed enough, she was very supportive, made the initial process very easy to follow and everything was done with little fuss. A big thank you!!

I saw this company on my Instagram feed a few weeks ago and I could not figure out how my hair would tell me what my body is not tolerating. I spoke to a healthcare professional and they confirmed that human’s hair hold a lot of information about health and dietaries and if I am curious, to give IntoleranceLab a go. I’ve paid and sent off my hair sample, however, I did not receive my results as quickly as I wished for, so on the 3rd working day of ToleranceLab receiving my sample, I’ve emailed them to check what’s going on. I’ve received a response literally within 2 hours and they forwarded me the email with my results which was previously sent to me, however, due to email high Security, it was not showing in my inbox. Now that I properly received my results I’ve read my results and I was shocked because it showed allergies that I could not even believe that I had. I’m really looking forward to changing my diet and looking after myself after very long months, pills and doctors appointments about long stomach pains and cramps. I’ve told me colleagues at work about this service and they were very intrigued. Its really important to understand that every human has completely different tolerances to different foods and items, therefore, it’s not worth spending hours on Google and checking what products help other people, as your own body might actually not tolerate the product.I would 100% recommend giving this a go. The customer service is amazing and the results are worth it!

Excellent and efficient agency. Can’t fault Luke and his team at all, excellent communication, always paid on time. As a uni student it’s been ideal with a quick hiring process and plenty of work available, I would recommend for any other students out there that need work in the holidays.
