Kessler Federal union at Lakenheath have been absolutely fantastic…in person and also on the phone…2 fantastic ladies…Kellie and Amber have been beyond amazing.

Went into the Wythenshawe branch to reopen an old account not used since around 2017. Got refused a small loan, the lady who dealt with me was the one who put 400 pounds into an old bank account not used since 2014 even though I was using NAT WEST for my banking with this credit union in 2017. So they never admitted responsibility yet I never once missed any payments and never owed the credit union any funds paid all my loans up. So why was I refused they owed me 400 pounds nothing done about this.

My sincerest thank you’s and gratitude to Aubrey H. and Samantha F. working out of the Keesler Lakenheath Branch. They went above and beyond to help me during two sudden deaths in my family. I would have never gotten through this tough time without their help. God Bless you both.

ATM with Keesler ate my card this morning!Screen said Welcome, insert your card.Inserted card per usual, and then nothing happened for a few minutes. No questions, no asking for a pin. Then the machine looks like it shuts off and comes back on with a Temporarily out of service message on the screen. That was 0600 this morning.Solid work! Love starting a Monday out right.

Always friendly and motivated. I've banked with them for several years now and would recommend them to anyone. Don't know how they could have ever received a 3 star review.

Very friendly staff and most of all they have a lot of patience and understanding. Easy process to set up an account with them and pretty fast as well. Also, it is a good way to have a safer choice if wanting to use an insured bank to pay off any bills on the local side. Thanks!
