I just purchased a Ford Ranger from this dealership. I would like to thanks Mark Brown and Craig Kane for sorting all the paperworkand Robert Flintoft for a very professional handover. Would definitely recommend them.

A 7 hour repair takes 3 days to complete supposedly. I was told everything that was included in the repairs would take 2 days now it looks like it won't be ready within 5 days based on the new estimate provided on the 3rd day of them having the car. Be honest the first time and I would have organized around the fact that you needed the car for longed than expected. Unacceptable ✖️ Trust Ford when their dealer lies to you very difficult that.

Now i believe fate definitely played its part in this in a very big way. However saying that if it was not for Krisstian’s advice, help and absolute tremendous customer care and attention to detail this may not have happened as I definitely did not set out to purchase a car on that exact day. Let me say though at no time was there any sales pressure or indeed anything negative to say at all about the customer service. If anything it was exceptional from start to finish, to driving the car away off the forecourt. Krisstian was knowledgeable well informed and knew exactly what I wanted as a customer and what I was looking for which included some good information during the test drive. The car handover was a breeze and the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about my experience. If you need a new or used car then go and see Krisstian or John you will not regret it. One last thing I would like to say is that this is just the start of our journey I actually feel I connected with Krisstian and have made another new good friend as I do not open up and talk with just anyone. We will stay in touch for sure and I hope other customers who read this will go and see for themselves. Just exceptional service, I would not go elsewhere. Thank you once again.

Excellent service. My car was to be picked up between 9 and 11, very nice dealer was here at 9.15. Everything was explained to me. Car dropped off later after a phone call from dealer. Brilliant. 100% recommend.

My vehicle has been there for 4 weeks now it should have been done last week but to be told next week it should go in for the repair.New gearbox has arrived more than 2 weeks ago and they have been paid for the work shocking service.

Could not believe how great the car looked, it was like new the pictures did not do it justice. FSH low mileage and all the invoices for work done over it's little used life.Michael who assisted us with our purchase was excellent.They say they are the best priced car dealers around and they are not kidding 5*
