Foreign consulate

WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT GO TO EGYPT!Applied for visa more than 3 times and they’ve lost my application every single time, and i had to reapply as i need to see a sick family member.Now I’ve been waiting for more than a year with absolutely nothing and no responses to emails or phone calls.They should feel ashamed of themselves.

I wish I could give them -5 stars!!! They’ve done nothing for me and given no solutions!!!!! Why bother having any representation in the uk?? They don’t do anything!!!!!!

Belfast - Frederica was amazing help with my passport renewal application. She was able to send me a detailed list of the documents needed prior to my appointment as this was my first application on my own. Great service and very smooth process.

if there is 6 star experience, I would place 6 stars to the Philippine Embassy in London. All my concerns relating Filipino documents has been addressed pleasantly and with great deal of customer service. The Filipino Brand of Hospitality has shown all the way to the representatives in this office. It reminds me of home away from home. Please continue the same level of customer service you are showing.

An embarrassment to the Irish people!!!!I'm trying to sort out my passport. Passport office is closed indefinitely. Went to the embassy in the hope they'd be able to help. Was met with one of the rudest people I've had the misfortune to encounter. She seemed really annoyed I interrupted her phone call. I wasn't given a name when I asked and was told when I explained my story that if I wanted my passport sorted I had to come to her. She took my info to send to a team. 2 weeks later haven't heard a thing. Not exactly professional or inspiring. I went to the embassy for help and was literally fobbed off at the door.I never did receive any help from the embassy, I had more success with a local td, who played a flipping blinder. I did ring back and again had the same lady, who did more gaslighting than I've ever experienced.Rude, abusive and aggressive people aren't great for front of house, IMO. They'd almost make you embarrassed to be Irish

Impossible to get hold of on the phone taken the day off work to get there to find its permanently closed saying open on website what a shambles

I really can not reconcile all the negative reviews posted about the French Consul Edinburgh office. I required assistance in responding to a communication I received from France and the member of the consular staff I dealt with could not have been friendlier and more helpful. It would be good to think that British Consular staff abroad were as helpful to foreigners seeking their assistance.

Very polite people and helpful good service. Made appointment on line and got seen to on time . Clean place .plenty parkingCan pay with card or cash in the machines in building. Also can photocopy there for a price so don't need to panic.
