Brilliant people to deal with. Very friendly and very good at what they do. Suits were perfect and the staff were very patient and helpful with our little ones. 5 out of 5 all the way. Would highly recommend.

I took my daughters prom dress to Rachel for some alterations, Rachel is so friendly, professional and her quality of work is 5 star. We had to have the prom dress shortened in length and with the material removed Rachel made my daughters prom date a matching tie.Fantastic lady would definitely recommend

Absolutely first class. I ordered two suits for two consecutive weekends and i was not disappointed. I will certainly use again. Good prices, high quality suits and frendly service from start to finish.

What a pleasure to visit Osbornes the two girls working there were so helpful and polite. Needed a dinner suit in a hurry, they were very helpful. We'll worth a visit .

Do not use if you want a stree-free wedding experience. Out of the whole wedding, arranging suits from Moss Bros MK were definitely the most difficult thing to sort out. Started out ok but then it turned out one size suit was no longer available. But they assured us it was ok, and they could get one 'made to measure'. Had to go back again for the fitting appointment which took forever and then it turned out there was no fabric left in stock! Was basically told tough luck.. one member of the wedding party would have to have an odd suit. We had to call around stores all over the UK ourselves to find a suit in this size. By this point it was only 4 weeks until our wedding. Luckily we managed to source one in Bluewater and drove down there ourselves to collect it. Staff at MK are unhelpful and don't seem to care at all. Do not use.

Visited for the first time on a Saturday morning, I was in need of a shirt to wear that day. All staff were helpful especially Andrew who was kind enough to press the shirt so that I could wear it right away. Really helpful all round and will definitely be coming again.

There was an Asian man who works there who goes by the name Imran , was very good , professional, very helpful. We did a last minute suit shopping and we fully was stressing about the decisions. But thanks to Imran he made it run smooth and we accomplished getting the suit and items we needed . Thanks imran honestly if it wasn’t for you we would have been stuck.

Amazing shopping experience! The rails are full of the most beautiful dresses, the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't have to make an appointment, we just turned up and had a great time trying on the dresses. And we left with my dream dress!
