Funeral

Great place to visit. We went to look at the landscape art that is currently there. You may have to visit soon as it will naturally merge into the environment. The restored Anglican chapel is beautiful.

Cemeteries are not designed purely for the dead or the subject of death. For example the London Road Cemetery in Coventry has a tree trail, ideal place to learn about the living as well as for mindful walking. Shame about the constant traffic noise and some graves in need of more than tlc. I would highly recommend for any age group to visit and learn.

Perfect resting place for a loved one. They have beautiful chapels for funerals that are tidy, respectful and professional.

Our sincere thanks to all the team at Carrs, for providing a wonderful and professional service when carrying out the funeral and interment of ashes for our beloved mum. Everything was dealt with in a caring and compassionate manner which helped us through a very difficult time. Their help and advice was much appreciated. Can highly recommend them.

Just visited to see my great grandparents graves. Lots of headstones have been pushed over face down so you can't read them and quite a few broken. I was unable to locate their headstones. It was a good advert for being cremated

Had the 4th Funeral in 5 months & they have all taken place here as will many to come & so will my own.Pretty much my whole family & most people I know use this place so I know sadly only to well that this is the place to use & spend either Eternity or to take your final journey.The grounds are always kept as nice as possible & the graves though some are very old & could use some work, the grounds maintenance is great & the utmost respect is given to every Grave while carrying out maintenance & other jobs like Digging new graves or opening them to add to family plots etc.I'm not one to be buried I'm going to Medical Science, I hate the thought of being buried & taking up space but if I was going to be then I'd be more than happy to be laid to rest right here.The only way it could be better for me is in 365 days a year Sunshine & a stunning view of the Tyne Bridge & The River.Anyway, I'd highly recommend the worst day of your lives be put massively at ease by sending your loved ones here if not planning it for yourselves, after Science is done with me I will go there if there is anything left or if they don't sort things for me, I'm not quite sure what happens after that to be fare.The people have always done a fantastic job for every single funeral I have attended here & they will make your experience the best it can be in such Devastating circumstances I assure you.

I would like to thank the staff for their help and professionalism in making my wife's funeral a day that they did it was so emotional for me and I thank them for making it a memorable and touching service my wife was in safe hands The service I received from them was first class from start to finish I cannot thank them enough and I would recommend them to anybody that wants a first class service thank you Carrs funeral people.
