Alex did an amazing job refurbishing our previously threadbare and broken sofa. It's great to meet someone who is clearly passionate and skilled at what they do. I would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone.

Second time we used Interior Complete, and once again very happy with the choice.This time we asked for a redesign of our bedroom storage and wardrobes, and Val suggested a solution, designed it for us and made it, I was shocked how easy it has been, and how elegant and functional is our bedroom now!Thanks Val!

Discussed requirements over the phone and found him to be okay but he seemed a bit too familiar with me and he over explained everything, he moaned about previous customer habits like complaining he hasn’t done the job right or the colour didn’t match etc. After eventually pricing, I sent sofa measurements in a photo with sofa and asked when I need to bring a cushion for a colour match, his response was -“I'm home most of the day today and tomorrow up until 4 or so when the dog needs walking She won't use garden, as she was rescued from the streets that's where she insists toileting ;-)Just phone me a little before hand to make sure I'm not eating or have anyone else hereI don't make appointments as such as I'm still waiting for someone to come Saturday, 9.30 last week ;-)”I said it will probably be the following day due to work commitments and could I have postcode please, he responded with-I'll give you the actual address as you phone to say you're about to set offI do that so it ensures ppl don't forget to bring first, I've had ppl just knock the door when I'm eating Sunday lunch ;-) most people wouldn't but it's happened and I'd spent 3-4 hours cooking, I wasn't going to let it go to waste lolI'm near rycroft in Walsall so you've got an idea of distanceMessaging is fine if you don't need immediate response but when you're coming please ring, them we know 100% the call has got through and answeredTomorrow's fineRegardsKarlHe then sent a photo of his dog with a quote saying This is our little bundle of from fun I can see yours nose lol.I responded with “May I have the postcode now please Karl, I will be driving so I won’t be able to take details over the phone, I’ll phone before I arrive to let you know I’m en route, as discussed, alternatively we can arrange a time.”He said “**(postcode)** that's why I said as you're about to set off as if you're already on the way there can sometimes be unforseen obstacles :-)”At this point I just felt uncomfortable and decided not to move forwards.

Great service and amazing finished product. Such a niche industry and we struggled to find someone to repair our 120 year old bannister. So glad we landed on these guys! Always on the end of the phone/email, and kept us updated on progress as they completed the various elements of the work. Highly recommended

Great choice of retro furniture and nostalgic household accessories at a fraction of prices seen in other retro shops.Took me a while to get as only open Saturdays but if you give them a ring they will make arrangements for other times.Looks small shop from outside but actually big and well worth a visit

I’m absolutely delighted with the restoration of two pieces of furniture which are family heirlooms. They had been ruined by someone doing a botch job and Simon restored them to their former glory. To me they’re priceless and it’s made my year that he was able to restore them so beautifully. Thank you so much! 100% recommended.

We were recommended Graham and he took two items for sympathetic restoration. He maintained good communication at all times. The items came back looking fantastic and functionally working again. We have no reservation in recommending him to others. (And he’s also a thoroughly nice chap!)
