UPDATE:I am upgrading this review and rating now. I was contacted by Customer Service Manager and they've offered to take back sofa and a full refund, or replace them completely with new ones.OLD=========================Just purchased two very expensive sofa's and the place is a rip off. First, you will notice there is no real customer service. Try getting hold of a staff on the phone in their London office (the one I tried anyway) and it is impossible.And they will tell you sale is on only for the next few days. There is almost a permanent sale. You will find you were duped into placing an order as sale was about to end soon.."If you do get through then good luck. Eventually when you do to customer service and have issues you are in for a long ride. You won't get much of a prompt response from them and only excuses.Then when you get delivery

Our experience using KV designs was excellent from beginning to end. It’s a family owned business and it shows in the pride that they take with delivering excellence in their work. It was also refreshing to interact with them as they were personable and down to earth, very patient and understanding throughout the process of designing and installing our media wall. During the installation they were very respectful of our home, cleaning up after themselves after each day etc. We will definitely be returning to use them for all our future projects that are bespoke

An interesting homewares store on the High Street. The shop sells a range of furniture and textiles, lamps and art for a fairly high budget.

We absolutely love our Luxury Satellite twin sofa from here! It’s so smart and fits in with my neutral decor. I emptied about three bags of the foam beans from it to get it to my comfort level and when I need to replace the beans I can just use the bags I already have - win win! I still think it’s amazing that it can also go outside, it’s waterproof, and can be washed clean. Looking forward to better weather so my children and I can sit on it outside :) worth every penny.

I purchased several items from Trade Furniture's online store one of which was too big and I needed a smaller version and another item was faulty. On contacting your store I was met with kindness, courtesy and complete cooperation in swapping both items. Having had ro replace my whole house due to a domestic emergency, I can say that of all the vendors I have had contact with Trade Furniture was by far the best.

Great service, great craft and great price; had 2 chairs reupholstered and absolutely recommend!
