We've been passed numerous times but until today never gone in, they have a good range of stock at reasonable prices, the young lady who served us was very friendly and had a good knowledge of crystals answering our questions with confidence. Will definitely returning.

This Jet shop is my favourite, beautifully crafted, you can actually see the passion for what they do in their work. I spent ages looking for a ring to fit my small fingers that weren't very plain or wouldn't take a while to be delivered on order. I walked in and asked what the smaller sizes were and I was amazed by the choices I had. I found the perfect Whitby Jet ring and have been complimented every time I wear it.Great customer service, brilliant knowledge of Jet and is happy to answer any and all questions relating to it.

Walked past a few time and I hesitated going in been twice this week and the atmosphere as you walk in I surreal with a burst of products and a soft music throughout the store the staff are so lovely and are best by when needed the smell as well was fantastic cannot disappoint superb

Kerry is very knowledgeable and teaches in a way that makes things so easy to understand, I highly recommended her sessions for anyone interested in knowing more about gemstones.

I visited here for the 1st time today, totally enjoyed my visit. I was welcomed immediately into the shop which is fantastic, I was there to Collect, a click n Collect product which I'll enjoy. I'll also enjoy my Crystal's I purchased too.When I am definitely back on the island again, I'll pop in again most definitely for a visit.

We made our wedding rings with Anna. She’s so friendly, so much fun and the process was so special. Plus - she put together an incredible gluten free lunch for us as I have coeliac disease and thoughtful bits like that really make the difference in a world where there’s a real lack of understanding about the difficulties of cross contamination etc. Her studio is stunning and super close to Waterloo / Lambeth North - v convenient. The workshop was a super enjoyable experience, she was very patient with us and it was obvious how much she cared about the final product. 100% recommend!

I am very pleased with the response initially from Olivier by email when trying to sell a diamond ring. Olivier was very honest & professional when visiting his office. I sold my diamond with him & received the funds immediately. I could honestly recommend anyone to contact him when selling any diamonds. I personally had a very bad experience with another jewellers who were full of promises. Olivier reassured me & stood by his offer. Highly recommend .
