Samaia Georgian Restaurant
Best kachapuri we've tried so far. The waiter was extremely professional, the ambiance was calm and relaxed. The bill was ok considering what we ate. Highly recommended

My wife and I are visiting from the U.S. My wife is from Georgia, and was very excited to try this place. I'm normally NOT a foodie, and typically avoid new foods. I tried it for my wife, and did not regret the experience. The food is to die for. Try everything. Even the pizza is fresh. My wife confirmed the only way it could all be more authentic would be if it were possible to import ingredients directly from that region which the owner said he is trying to do.The owner is very knowledgeable and open to talking about his home country. He presents as the stern silent type, but becomes very friendly as soon as you engage with him. Be sure to ask about Georgian wine while you're there!

Aba-Ra!
If you cannot believe 5-star exceptional rating, go and try it yourself. This place is actually THAT good.I recommend starting with classic Khachapuri, which is something like pizza or pie with soft cheese mixture in the middle.Lovely people, lovely place and heart-warming food.

Kartuli - Georgian Cuisine and Wine
Bit disappointing to be fair given the average score. Let's start with the positive, great great wine, recommended by the attentive waiter. Beautiful Khachapuri as well, pretty decent appetizer. We found the mains a bit uninspired, had some georgian ravioli (too much dough in it) some mushroom (nothing special), a beef stew (it was alright but lacked some depth in flavour). We had great expectations for the classic desert, honey cake, but it failed to impress. Very very dry, not sure if an old cake, or just not enough moisture in it.This place can be an idea to have some Khachapuri and some wine, but not much else.Price is not particularly cheap, medium range, I'd say.

Akropolis Restaurant
Went to place midday, close sign showing but door to restaurant wide open. Could not see any opening hours displayed so went inside to see if I could find out any information. Unfortunately there was only 3 people in the kitchen but no one could speak English. This happened on Bridgwater carnival day, but we had ate there on carnival day last year but not to be this year. This didn't give a good impression of the restaurant, which was a pity because last year we enjoyed eating there.

Kartuli - Georgian Cuisine and Wine
I cannot give more because I didn't like the food too much. Khinkali were not hard enough to stand, although juicy. Msvadi was too dry and too spicy which is not good for it.

The George
Great food. The most authentic place in Hounslow. Love the originality. Pub called The George, boss named George and they even serve Georgian food. George seems like a nice and reasonable man. Guri behind the bar is a gem of a gentleman. And the place has a genuinely good vibe. Interior looks pretty and rural. Lovely experience. Recommending the Khachapuri - Georgian bread with cheese and egg. Yum yum.

Erebuni Restaurant
This is a great restaurant both for people who know and love Armenian and traditional Russian/Soviet food, and anyone new to it. The menu is diverse and caters to whatever you fancy and the food is made with real attention and care.My advice is to be a little bit patient as good food does take a little bit of time to come, but trust me it is 100% worth it.The host, Edward, definitely deserves a special mention - great chat and makes you feel very welcome.Big thank you for making my birthday celebration really enjoyable! Will definitely come back soon and bring more friends along.

Shoty
08.11.2023 - Another day, another restaurant and other taste.. “Georgian Cafe & Restaurant Shoty”.A cafe in the basement, pretty cool, exquisite and cozy. Beautifully decorated, seating arrangement is lovely and lights gives a romantic feeling.I read in the washroom that many countries gave technology to mankind, but Georgia gave wine. So to start off with we ordered for Kindamarauli wine. It’s a little bitter and little sweet, a perfect taste to start your appetite.Something we tried for the first time:Lula Kevab - wrapped in a roti.Dolma - minced neat with rice wrapped in a leaf.Khinkali lamb - meat inside a coated flour to be rated with curd sauce.Megrauli Kachapuri - looks like a pizza but tastes different and yummy.Nice moments to cherish the taste the food of a different culture. Just loved it.
