Hammam

I had the most wonderful experience in the salon. Needed to get my hair coloured and treated for frizz. They did a wonderful job under Nadia’s supervision. They clearly seemed to know what they were doing.Very friendly and professional. I needed to keep my 8 month old with me and the staff even helped looked after him. I was so impressed. They also offered me complementary cake and tea.Beautiful kind hearted ppl. I will definitely come back. Would recommend it to everyone.

Just a heads up for anyone who has booked the pamper package on the website as even though it states cream tea, 30 min treatment and 1 hour in the spa facility. This was incorrect as they don’t offer the afternoon tea as apparently the package wasn’t popular so they wasn't sure if the would be included. This left us confused on the day as we had already had our treatments and had only 30 mins left of our spa time. After the staff member asked another staff member she was also confused and told us it wasn’t included even though I had it up on the website but due to no signal I couldn’t show them so when we was back in the car I would finally load it so I could confirm I was not going crazy! But I didn’t want to go back inside as I was already left feeling very awkward over the situation and For the price of this package it is definitely quite pricy without the cream tea included. If the cream tea is only worth £9…The spa is lovely but feel like staff should know what package we have booked before our arrival so we get what we pay for. However after over 2 weeks of waiting to hear back from them they decided to refund me £9 for the cream tea (£4.50 per person) I wish this would cover a replacement cream tea somewhere else considering the prices in the spa I don’t believe how much they have refunded! My advise would be check with the staff before arrival to confirm what’s in your booking and what’s included is clear to everyone. I’m not one to moan but the experience of sitting in the lovely decking area with a cream tea with my husband would have been a perfect end to our day! Now sadly I won’t be retuning due to the service

We went yesterday for the Escape package for two and definitely worth the money. Our body and soul was relaxed and our skin like a baby " . The staff was very friendly and they took care of us professionally. Definitely we will go back."

This place is amazing! The facilities are clean, good quality, accessible and the place has a really nice vibe. The jacuzzi water is really warm, sauna, steam room and ice room are all clean and accessible. The swimming pool water is quite cold which means you cant really enjoy it much. The best thing about this place is the ladies that do your treatment. They are the friendliest, kindest, lovliest ladies. They make you feel at ease, go out of their way to do anything for you and their work is 10/10. They make the whole experience special and are definitely one of the main reasons that we keep coming back! Prices are really good too. Thank you to the ladies in the hamam for always making each us feel welcome and doing such an amazing job!!

Having had waxing done many times, but never really feeling comfortable, I’ve finally found this lovely lady. The environment is beautiful, she put me at ease, was very professional and is very good at what she does. I’ll definitely be returning, highly recommend

I had an amazing experience at savannah’s and spa.

I visited Arabian Hammam today and I was very impressed! Firstly the warm welcome on arrival made me feel comfortable and at ease. I then enjoyed the hammam that was at a perfect temperature and it was very clean.. I had a full body scrub exfoliation and mud mask that left me feeling so fresh! I was so impressed and felt so good I thought it was only correct of me to leave a good review! I’ll be back soon! Thanks again

It was overall a good experience, i went with a friend and i had a hamam and facial whilst my friend had a massage and facial. It was a good experience treatment wise, all the staff were very helpful and did a great job.

I have been visiting this place for almost 6 years now sincebi moved to derby. I had tried previous places but nothing is as good as Natural waxing. The customer service is amazing and i have seen a massive reduction in my hair growth since coming here due to the Natural wax which is used.

I went there with my girlfriend for hammam treatment and full body massage. The treatment was very nice and professional. The massage was good but more for relaxation rather than for treatment. Both of us had men to do the work which put me off a bit, but the guys were very professional to be honest. The only bad thing was the aesthetic of the facilities. Not unpleasant but not the best quality either. It looked a bit old. Needs some refurbishment.
