Stay here a few years back when it was called Art House Hostel. Don’t know if it’s now changed hands or the owner has just changed the name. At the time I booked it through HostelWorld when I left I was blocked from writing a review, suspect that was done often to only keep positive reviews.I had the worst and scariest experience of my 5 months travelling around Europe at this hostel with the bipolar owner. He was very welcoming and kind upon arrival then in the evening would start drinking etc and get verbally abusive. One night I asked them kindly at 3am to turn the music down a little as my room was sharing a wall with the lounge and once I’d gone back to bed 5min later the owner came into my room and verbally abused me. I just stayed quiet and pretended I was asleep. Very scary. The owner also kept my passport in a safe when I arrived which is not normal practise!!! If I wasn’t a scared 24 year old back then I would have gone to the police. I hope this place has sorted themselves out.

We've stayed here on many occasions, it's our go to when visiting swansea, great price great location! Value for money and spotlessly clean, staff are polite and helpful, would highly recommend for singles or couples, shared kitchen with tea, coffee and cooking facilities, can't go wrong for the price.

Ok place for a hostel. Some matresses were good, some not. Major issue may be the other people staying here, if they are polite and quiet or not.

Great location for birders and other nature lovers. Offers hostel accommodation for 13 folk. The building is within walking distance of various reserves, including Kilnsea Wetlands. Offers WiFi and computer facilities for guests. A kitchen is on site, or alternatively the Crown and Anchor pub is but two minutes walk away and offers home cooked food.

Love the concept and after spending two nights there I now love the experience as well. Great service and super clean rooms and bathrooms. Location is top notch.

Una maravilla!. Es precioso, enorme, cómodo y muy bien ubicado, cerca de la parada de autobuses que van al aeropuerto y en pleno centro comercial de Bristol. Personal muy amable. Habitación gigante, con baño privado (pero externo). Te dan gel, antifaz y tapones para los oídos, de cortesía. La zona común y el comedor es preciosa y super moderna. En la cocina tienes de todo: horno, microondas, nevera, cubiertos, platos... etc... para comer cómodamente. El baño, tiene una ducha grande, que es de agradecer!. Todo está muy limpio.Lo único, como sugerencia, es que faltan espejos en la habitación, en nuestro baño no había ningún enchufe y que tuvimos la mala pata de que nuestra cisterna no funcionaba y era un rollo tener que levantar la tapa cada vez...Lo recomiendo 100%!
