When you get to the final desk, it's a normal good service, but from reception, until the waiting room, there is no guidance or proper organization. Nobody guiding people or informing what is going on. You just seat in a room, waiting to be called by your name, but there is no indication if it is delayed or how many people are in front of you. Also everyone is on the defensive mode, What's your problem?" approach as opposed to "How can I help you?" approach. I arrived half an hour before my original time and was called 30 min later than my appointment time."
