Jeans shop

My friend bought a two piece white flares set for £34.99 on Friday. On the receipt it said it’s exchanges only which she was happy to do. When into the shop today in the Marlands at 12:30 and spoke to lady and she claimed it smelt like washing powder. My friend never washed the product. As both of us have recently worked in retail shops, we know that you shouldn’t wash a product and it wouldn’t cross our minds to do so. However under the Consumer Rights act we are eligible for an exchange as stated on the receipt. Have to admit by looking at the reviews this has happened plenty of times! I don’t understand when having the receipt and the item which hasn’t been washed at all we can’t even have an exchange for another product. It’s disgusting. I won’t be coming back to purchase anything again. If I could leave a 0/5 review I would!

Kate made my 20th birthday so special reserving a coat I had seen in another store that I never expected to see ever again, Kate went out of her way for me and is the reason I love AllSaints that much more now.

A black waiter here, who seems to be the store manager, wears glasses. He ruined my day! ! ! The service attitude is very poor! I first asked a black waiter if I could try on a pair of jeans. His service attitude is very good, let me try it on. Immediately afterwards, my boyfriend also wanted to try on a pair of jeans, so I called my boyfriend to try on them with me. We occupy the fitting room for no more than 78 minutes. Then this person who looked like the store manager knocked on the door 3 times within 2 minutes, each time harder and louder, very impolite. The other fitting rooms are also completely free, and we do not occupy the fitting room for a long time. If you think two people can't be in the same fitting room, you should inform in advance, instead of rushing wildly when your customers are trying on clothes. I want to say that not everyone is as dirty as you imagine. There are so many Levi's stores, and your store is not that special. Other stores can be customized, and you can even find cheaper prices on the official website. When I came out of the fitting room, I saw you chatting happily with the checkout customers, which made me seriously suspect that you treat customers differently, and even have a tendency to racial discrimination! I'm a loyal Levi's customer but because of you I had a very poor shopping experience with Levi's! Your clerk is much better than your service attitude.

My review is for the company/customer support rather than their product, because I was never able to try it.Their jeans were quite expensive (especially when combined with shipping), but I figured that it would be worth the price and so I bought a pair for myself and my fiancée. The total came to $247 CAD.After waiting over a month after it was finally shipped, the package cleared shipping and...I owed nearly $80 for duties and fees, bringing the total amount to just under $330. For two pairs of jeans.(see bottom for currency conversions)That was far more than I was willing to pay (especially since even a heavy, expensive package from Japan has cost me far less in duties/fees, so ridiculously high fees for jeans from the UK is perplexing), so I reached out to customer support in hopes of rejecting the parcel and receiving my money back (minus shipping fees). The website states that returns and exchanges are possible if it's within 30 days of delivery, so it should've been more than do-able.After waiting nearly a week for a response, I messaged again (since it was urgent, as the parcel was sitting temporarily at the post office).I finally received a response, and basically... I'm screwed.Since I paid for the product on Kickstarter and not through their website, they stated that the return policy doesn't apply to me. In a nutshell? Pay the $80 or lose the $247. I chose the latter.I'm trying to reverse the charge, especially since they're getting the product (and my money) while I get nothing, but we'll see. Either way, it left a bad taste in my mouth.Maybe they're more trustworthy if you buy through their website, but I wouldn't recommend backing them on Kickstarter.(I don't normally leave reviews for negative Kickstarter or company experiences, but the company has been using Kickstarter and their newsletter to bribe people into leaving positive reviews. Distinctive higher-end fashionware towards the L.A. grunge/rebel edge. A clear cut above the rest of the regular high Street fashion chains with identikit clothing from the same parent company. Priced appropriately for higher-end fashion which you cannot find the look of anywhere else. Look out for their end of season or flash sales with 20-40% off usually.

Why would a clerk rush someone who is trying on clothes? Just 5 min for 2 jeans and no one else waiting in line. As an LVC lover, I will not come to this London store anymore.

Really friendly staff and good selection of clothes, the sales make shopping here a no-brainer!

I really struggle finding an outfit to wear but every time I go into jack and jones I come out feeling nice. Every time I’ve been in the store I’ve walked out with an outfit that fits and is of a high reasonably priced quality.
