Took a watch to Rudells under warranty that was not actually purchased from Rudells (Tudor).Both Dan and Sarah were so professional and helpful.Some amazing time pieces for sale, i was really impressed.

We were given attention as soon as we entered the shop and assisted very well in our purchase by Andy, the shop assistant. I wasn't quite so pleased that I would have to wait an hour to get a new battery in my watch, last week it was only half an hour to do the same in another watch of mine.

The gem in the village of Poynton is Lester and Brown Jewellers.I recently had a hand injury which made wearing my wedding ring and engagement impossible .I had an idea to combine both rings and called into Lester and Brown.I asked if this was possible, Ian said yes and asked how I wanted it designing . I didn’t have a clue Ian was so patient with me and offered to send me some cad designs . A week later I was back having measurements taken. Within a month I am the proud owner of a beautiful bespoke ringAttention to detail all the way . So friendly and went that extra mile to ensure I was happy with the finished product .I recommend anyone who wants something unique, to give Lester and Brown a ring .

What a wonderful little jewellers this is in the centre of Exeter. It was recommended by a friend for repairs. They have now reset a ruby in my gold ring and shortened a bracelet... both jobs were undertaken excellently and at reasonable prices. The staff are lovely, very friendly and so helpful. Last time I was in the shop I was shown an ingenious way to more easily do up my bracelet. They sell a wonderful selection of jewellery, in a range of prices so there's something for every pocket. If you haven't visited them yet take a look. You'll be amazed and delighted.
