My 11 year-old daughter attended a summer jewellery-making session with Elizabeth Chandler Jewellery. She left, proudly, with a beautiful double layered necklace which she made herself with the skills she had learnt. I highly recommend this for children and adults. Jane, who runs the session, is great with the children. A thoroughly enjoyable morning, she will be returning tomorrow to learn kumihimo friendship bracelet.

Appalled with this company. I bought a 2lb brass mallet. The head came straight off the shaft mid stamping a one off vintage piece. The metal on the shaft was also peeling extensively after minimal use - causing cuts & my hand to bleed each time I used the hammer.The seller was unwilling to help or rectify this issue other than apologise for the inconvenience!I have now asked the advice of trading standards. I’ve never experienced a company like it.

I'm giving this shop 5 stars because of the brilliant customer service. When I ordered the wrong size of a product, they contacted me with advice and swapped it out for me at no extra cost. I'd had a poor experience with a different online bead shop in the past, so this was a really nice experience and showed that they really cared about the customer. I will be placing many more orders here. The only slight downside is they don't stock everything I need, but I guess that would be pretty impossible :)
