So far I find this the best ever person to walk .my dog!!

I have kenneled my 2 greys at Hilltop twice in the last 6months. The service is excellent friendly and professional. All the staff I've met have been lovely and helpful and clearly love the dogs in their care. I highly recommend Hilltop and the team. 5 Stars!

Booked in advance but our error one of the dogs was given kennel cough two days b4.boarding the dogs, the owner refused our dogs - quite rightly, however his manner was rude and bullish which wasn’t helpful the day b4 our holiday abroad, he left me standing there for a good 10 mins whilst he tore strips off me about losing money because he eventually decided to refuse our dogs. Luckily our family came to the rescue. Will never use this kennel.

3 times we’ve taken my dog here to get him groomed.1st time they cut him lovely but we did notice that the groomer had caught him with something sharp and cut him. Accidents happen so booked him in again.The 2nd time they cut him completely wrong. He looked awful, I guessed it was a different groomer so we put it down to a mistake.The 3rd (and last) time we took him, they cut him ok but again the caught him with something sharp which has left quite a nasty cut. My dog wouldn’t stop licking the wound so out come the cone of shame.Both times the groomer had caught him they never told us about it.The staff are genuinely lovely but because of the issues we’ve had I think two stars is a fair assessment for the grooming side of the business

I have been using Moss End for 6 years or so now. My dog Flash is a very anxious dog and he absolutely loves to go on his doggy holidays, he runs in excitedly every time we drop him off and even when we collect him he stays in re.ception. Our second dog Sky also loves it too and when she came into season during her last stay they were observant and aware and made the necessary changes to her walks to keep her away from full males. They seem to get to know the dogs and their quirks, especially our crazy Flash, and make sure the dogs are walked with an appropriate group. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will continue using them even though they are a long drive to the other side of town from us and we have another kennels much closer to York city centre where we live. Absolutely 5 stars from me, Flash and Sky

I couldn’t be happier leaving our girl with Zoe! I know that our dog is in great hands and she loves spending time with Zoe and the other doggies! I know that our dog is very safe with Zoe and stimulated with the interaction and walks! Staying with Zoe when we’re on holiday is like a holiday for our dog and frankly I don’t think she wants to come home! Reliable, flexible and trusted service which I thoroughly recommend!

Charlie was incredible in the caring, affectionate and thorough way she trained Lola during her three week residential course. Charlie sent us daily videos, reports and updates, and we've got a very happy, calm dog back, we are delighted. The care team were also superb, sending photos daily of play sessions and reports when necessary. Communication at all times was excellent. We cannot thank Royvon enough for the truly excellent service all round.

I have so many wonderful things to say about Su and Aquithie Kennels. I recently arrived from the US with two dogs in tow--with the same paperwork. One was released to us the other put in quarantine. As we are based out of Scotland I chose Aquithie Kennels as it was the closest kennel that manages quarantine. I was distressed to put it mildly. I was able to connect with Su quickly and she immediately got the process started to transfer Shakko to Aquithie Kennels. Within a day of his arrival she and the vet were able to see that he met the requirements for entry and had been erroneously quarantined. Su then helped appeal Shakko's case quickly so he was back with me in ten days.Su went above and beyond to communicate with me regularly, even when I was perhaps messaging too much. She put me at ease and took time to educate herself on his breed and listen to my concerns. When I picked Shakko up he was in good spirits and had been well taken care of. Having never been kenneled before I was glad he went through it with Aquithie as I couldn't have asked for better care for him during this process.If you have to board or quarantine your dog in Scotland (or the UK) and don't know where to go, I recommend them with every fibre of my being. Su, her husband, and her team care about each of the animals and their human families that stay at Aquithie.

The boys had a fantastic time on their holidays at Ty Gwyn as always. They have been going since they were both pups and our previous boys Cash and Bandit went ther too. I would not trust my boys to go anywhere else. We get lots of updates and pictures and the boys always come back happy and healthy ❤️

Best kennels ever Our patterdale terrier Buddy feels totally at home and happy at brodie kennels...Will and Judith do a great job
