Lamborghini dealer

Well what can I say. Awesome showroom, awesome cars. Even if I can't afford one, they are still amazing to look at and photograph.

Today we visited Lamborghini Hatfield. I called up prior and asked if we could visit. My son has adhd and tourettes and is car mad.They was kind enough to let my son visit and see some of their cars Everybody we met was so friendly and welcoming. A lady even gave him a book which he hasn't put down since we came home.Thank you for making a car obsessed little boys day!

I went there for my birthday just to see and take photos of the cars, My dad phoned a day before and the service was brilliant. the HR Owen store was top quality and the staff (Steve Higgins and Sarah Beecham) were very kind.

Couldn't have asked for a better detailer to polish my car, having had an accident and spray painted my car myself. I needed to get it looking brand new again. I've definitely asked the right guy to do the job, he assessed the car beforehand and advised what needed to be done and the results were outstanding. Excellent customer service, excellent job and the price was exceptional for the great work he done. Highly recommend to anyone who needs their car detailed.

I took my son here on the off chance he could see the cars. He is nearly 8 and is fascinated by fast cars. We were greeted by Anthony who was so kind to us and made us feel so welcome. He spent some time talking to us about the cars and let my son sit in one. He also started it up so we could hear the engine. Another kind gentleman, also showed us around the Bentleys and let him sit in one. To round a great experience off, Anthony kindly gave my son a Lamborghini book and calendar which he has treasured since leaving the showroom.I can not thank you guys enough for taking the time to show us around. You really made a little boy extremely happy which he will remember for a long time.Massive thanks, Steve and George

Too busy sucking up to and prioritising YouTubers and Instagrammers forgot about your customers. When the sales reps are hungry for Instagram fame this is the service you get. Better off going to another Lamborghini dealer if you are looking to buy a brand new car.

HR Owen is very reliable and reputable and lambo owners should only use them. I took my car to a smaller lamborghini dealer in Essex and they almost removed my engine with a 12k bill. I was either miss informed or I was taken for a ride by them, never again.HR Owen gave an honest advise with full inspection and no fault was found. I will not use another dealer again but HR Owen due to their honest approach. I recently dealt with Tom El-Hariry for another query and he was very helpful. He quickly sent all the documents requested. Many thanks guys and will see you again soon with all the `Lambos I have.
