Really enjoyed my time at Optical Express and was made extremely welcome and at ease. I feel more informed and involved in my eye health than I have before. Love the I-scan data you receive afterwards. Terrific support to find frames that really suited me too, ones I would never have ordinarily selected to try on myself.

4 years ago, I came for a laser eye surgery consultation and then bottled - 12 months ago I made the decision to get it done, getting the procedure completed 3 months later. All the staff are very professional, diligent and not pushy, they answer questions and are really open. I couldn’t be happier with my vision - I would recommend Optegra to my nearest and dearest. I can't rate the service highly enough. The pre-op assessment answered all of my questions and natural concerns about my expectations of vision after the operations. Every aspect - before, during and after the procedures - was conducted in a highly professional yet relaxed and reassuring manner. The five-star rating is fully deserved.

My experience with Optical Express has been disgustingly horrible. An absolutely traumatic experience. Wpuldn't wish it on my worst enemy.Most reviews on here are left immediatley after surgery, however, the real results come many month if not years after. So they can't really be relied upon.I have begged for help, i'm slowly losing my eyesight in both my eyes, I may eventually lose my sight, require corneal transplant.What are optical expreas doing about (bssides having caused it), nothing. Phone calls after phones call, visits after visits, delayed appointments, cancelled appointments, no replies, generic answers.In my case time is of the essence, but they dont seem to understand, it's obvious why, they arent gettig paid for the ppst corrective surgeries they have to perform. When you are paying for laser or anything else, its instant replies, quick appointments, constant email's, calls, messages, everyones your best friend.Anyway, when I'm blind in one or both eues, I'll provide an update. I will deal with the matter in hand after that.

The staff were extremely polite and professional. I had initially visited for a LASIK consultation and procedure.On a stroke of bad luck, I had an eye infection which meant my treatment had to be postponed for 2 months.During this time I was able to regularly visit the clinic and get treatment and attention for my eye infection. The staff were extremely supportive.Now 1 month on my vision is clear and I am grateful that my experience was as a good as it was in spite of my bad luck!Cheers team.

I had laser surgery with Mr Quinn in February 2015 and can honestly say that it has been amazing!Mr Quinn was personally recommended to me after my friend had laser surgery in 2011 and was delighted with the results.From my very first appointment with Mr Quinn, I was given all the information I required and never felt under any pressure. The surgery itself was quick and pain free, my eyes felt very slightly dry for a couple of days but after that my vision was perfect with absolutely no discomfort.The care provided by Mr Quinn and his team was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend Exeter laser eye Surgeons to anyone considering surgery.

From oir first consulation, through both operations and to the final review Aris was kind and helpful. He aswered all my questions (of which there were many) with great patience.
